TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read the following thoroughly and carefully. The following terms & conditions apply to participation in Cashiers Rotary Arts & Crafts Shows:

• Artisans must be present for the entirety of the show. The Cashiers Rotary Arts & Crafts show takes place on the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend from 10am to 5pm both days, with setup times on Friday.
• The Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley will determine the layout of the show once all participants have been chosen. All booths are 10' x 10'. You must provide your own white tent, display racks, tables, stakes, etc. The booth layout will be distributed along with your acceptance notification. We will ask for booth preferences at that time. Past participants will receive priority, but we will make every effort to give you your first choice.
• There are no on-site accommodations or storage. Artisans must secure their own.
• This event is rain or shine. By registering, artisans commit to participating for the entirety of the show.
• Fees are not refundable unless the event is canceled by the Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley prior to the start to the event or if you are not accepted for participation in the show. The Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley cannot be held liable if any portion of events must be canceled due to an act of God or other circumstance beyond its immediate control.
• The Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley reserves the right to reject, deny, or terminate any artisan's participation at any point, including after an event has commenced, if they or their assisting staff are found to be in engaged in any of the following prohibited activities: excessive drinking and/or public drunkenness; discrimination, harassment and/or violence towards any person(s); and any activity defined as illegal by Jackson County, the state of North Carolina, or the federal government of the United States.
• The Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley (producer) and The Village Green (venue) are to be held free and harmless from any claims and/or liability relating to any injury, damages or theft caused by persons or property while said premises are occupied under this agreement. This includes damage, injury or loss of any type from the time of arrival and set-up through the breakdown and removal of exhibits.
