John Barrow

This week at Rotary, John Barrow, a member of the Cashiers Valley Community Council, will discuss upcoming renovation and expansion plans for the Cashiers Community Center and the Cashiers Thrift Shop.  Since its creation in the 1950s, the Community Council has overseen the maintenance, management, and improvements of the Cashiers Community Center and the Cashiers Thrift Store.  As owner of the property known as “Community Place,” the Council also provides the land upon which Fishes and Loaves and the Hampton Pre School operate.
